The Problem

Why the Radar Gun
Isn't Moving

01

Training Like a Bodybuilder

Most training programs are built for size, not speed. Pitching is a dynamic, ballistic movement that demands power, sequencing, and a high rate of force development. If your training isn't built around those things, you're leaving velocity on the table.

02

Ignoring Mobility

You cannot produce force efficiently through a restricted body. Limited shoulder mobility, poor thoracic rotation, and tight hips are velocity killers — and no amount of lifting or arm care alone will fix them.

03

No Structure, No Progression

Random workouts don't build velocity. Without a deliberate system that progresses phase by phase, you're working hard and going nowhere.

Pitchers Who Put
in the Work

Drew Carlton — MLB Pitcher
"Pain-free for the first time in 2 years"
Danny Nunan — MiLB Pitcher
"One of the best decisions I have ever made."
Aidan Murphy — College Outfielder
"86 → 99 MPH Pulldown"
Brooks Kooken — High School Pitcher

"I've been working with Coach Denny since late 2024. When we started I was throwing 75–78 mph with no offers or recognition.

Within a year I completely changed my body, gained over 5 MPH, and picked up several college offers. This happened because we fixed my mechanics from the root — not a cover-up — and built strength as a baseball player, not a bodybuilder.

If you give this program 100% of your all, you will see results and become a better player."

Calvin Schapira — MiLB Pitcher

"I first came to Denny in the spring of 2025 as an Independent ball player looking to get into affiliate ball. Working with him refined my mechanics to the cleanest they've been in my career and helped me build a routine I was confident in.

I signed with the Seattle Mariners in 2025 and hit a lifetime PR of 96 — with a large part of that coming from my work with Denny.

If you're looking to unlock your potential and work with someone who will help you understand your body, I'd recommend Denny any day of the week."

Kyle Pijaszek — Professional Pitcher

"When I first connected with Coach Denny I was dealing with a back injury, my mechanics were off, my arm timing was late, and I felt slow and unexplosive on the mound. I was sitting low-to-mid 80s and felt like my career was in trouble.

Four months later my mechanics have drastically improved, my arm is back on time, I'm visibly more explosive, and my back pain has reduced significantly. In my most recent bullpen I was back in the low 90s — without trying to throw my hardest.

If you're looking to continue your career or take it to the next level, reach out to Coach Denny. He's easy to work with, incredibly detailed, and the results speak for themselves."

Questions

High school and college pitchers who are serious about playing at the next level. You should already be training — this is not a beginner program. If your velocity isn't moving despite consistent effort, this system will show you why and fix it.
Yes. A weight room is required. A commercial or school gym works fine.
At Weeks 1, 6, and 12, you submit video of your delivery and receive a full breakdown from me. You'll know exactly what's working and what to adjust heading into the next phase.
Athletes who follow the program consistently target a 3–5 MPH gain. Results depend on how closely you follow the program and the quality of your effort. No shortcuts — but this system works when you do.
This program can be done in-season, however following it to a T will likely be a challenge. For athletes training during a competitive season, I provide a document outlining how to manage your workload so you can stay on track without compromising performance.
Once you complete the 3-Phase Velocity System, the work doesn't stop. I'll have additional programs available for you to continue your development — so you can keep building on the foundation you've created and keep moving toward your goals.
